Start a Return
Use the secure return-request form on this page to submit your order and product details for manual review. Submission is not approval, and items must not be shipped until authorization and instructions are provided.
Before You Submit
Return requests generally must be made within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on the product, its condition, the reason for return, and any manufacturer restrictions.
Have the email used at checkout, order number, product name or SKU, quantity, current item condition, and a clear description of the issue available.
Supporting Evidence
Submit the request without attachments. If photographs or documents are needed, our team will send a secure upload request after reviewing your case.
Do not email payment-card information, identity documents, or unrelated personal records.
Manual Review
A submitted request creates a private review case and reference number. Renegade Racing will verify the order and review the request before providing an eligibility decision or return instructions.
The form does not automatically approve a return, create a shipping label, issue a refund, or create a Shopify return.
Return Authorization Required
Do not send a product back until Renegade Racing provides written authorization and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
