Description

Wiseco K634M875 is a four-piston Professional Series kit with forged 2618 aluminum, strutted construction and ArmorGlide skirt coating. It has an 87.50 mm nominal bore, 30 mm compression height and +5 cc dome. S618 22 mm pins and 8750XX rings are cataloged; the ring pack is 1.0/1.2/2.8 mm.

The manufacturer catalogs the part for qualified K20A/Z and K24/K20A-Z-head engine builds. K24 design geometry is 99 mm stroke, 152 mm rod and 231.5 mm block height; K20 uses 86 mm stroke and 139 mm rod. Calculate compression from the actual chamber, gasket, deck and rotating assembly.

Use the supplied kit sheet for bore machining, pin orientation and assembly clearances, and verify dome/head, piston/valve and ring end gaps before assembly. Confirm block/sleeve suitability and exact included retainers. Racing/high-performance warranty exclusions apply; review manufacturer terms.
