Description

Build a custom RSX turbo system around the TX-50E-57, cast K20A manifold, intercooler and RSX aluminum charge piping. The kit also supplies a 38 mm wastegate, blow-off valve, intake piping/filter, oil-line kit, dump tube, stainless turbo elbow and 3-inch downpipe. Larger injectors, a high-flow fuel pump and upgraded ECU/calibration are required separately.

The current manufacturer configuration lists a 5 psi wastegate spring plus an extra 10 psi spring; operating boost must be matched to the engine and calibration. Listed Civic EP3 hatchback 2003–2005 and Civic Si K20 2006–2011 applications require modified intercooler piping. Professional installation is required.
