Install & Results
At a glance
- Follow the 30-4110 manual for switched power, clean ground and optional output wiring. Weld-in sensor installation is required unless a suitable existing port/approved mounting solution is available. The manual specifies additional separation for turbo/high-temperature or leaded-fuel conditions. Power the controller whenever the sensor is installed in a running exhaust; avoid heat, contamination and harness damage.
